In a Single Session of Counselling I work with you to address a specific concern in one session. There is always the understanding that additional sessions are available if needed. SST is not tied to a specific therapeutic model but serves as a framework applicable across various counselling approaches. In a single session I will work with you to understanding your current situation and collaboratively develop strategies to address your immediate concerns.
